Each customer gets a unique referral coupon and referral link. When someone uses that link or coupon to make a purchase, EchoRewards automatically tracks the referral and issues reward coupons or reward points to the referrer. The referral and reward process is fully automated. ### Do I need coding knowledge to set up a referral program? No. EchoRewards is built for store owners, not developers. Install, configure your referral discount amounts, and your referral program is live. ### Can I reward both the referrer and the referred friend? Yes. EchoRewards lets you set separate reward amounts for the referrer and the friend. Most WooCommerce referral plugins only reward one side. ### What types of rewards can I offer in a referral program?
