Installation
- In wp-admin go to Plugins > Add New, search for Review Next for WooCommerce and click Install Now, then Activate. WooCommerce must be active.
- Open Review Dashboard in the admin menu to choose who can review, rating icons and colours.
- Open Review Dashboard > Coupon Settings to turn on review rewards (set a value above 0).
- Visit any product page: the Reviews and Questions tabs replace the default WooCommerce review tab.

Is it legal to give coupons for reviews?

Rewarding reviews is allowed when the reward does not depend on what the customer writes and the incentive is disclosed. Review Next rewards any verified buyer’s review, never only positive ones. Mention the reward in your review request and on your store.

How is a review marked as Verified Purchase?

Review Next uses WooCommerce’s own check: if the reviewer’s account or email has a paid order for that product, the review gets the badge.

Does it work with my theme?

Yes. Review Next uses WooCommerce’s product tabs, so it works with classic and block themes, including Twenty Twenty-Five.

Where are reviews stored?

Reviews are normal WooCommerce product reviews (WordPress comments) with extra fields for photos, video and votes. Questions are stored in a table in your own database. Nothing is sent to an outside service.

What happens to my existing WooCommerce reviews?

They stay where they are and appear in the new review list with their ratings.

What I especially appreciate is the flexibility it provides for improving the review experience while keeping the interface simple and intuitive. Installation and configuration were straightforward, and it works well within a standard WooCommerce setup.
