It is probably the easiest plugin to set up, so no worries.<\/p>\n\n<h4>How to set up chat with IKOL Business plugin<\/h4>\n\n<p>Easy, it takes 3-5 minutes, just follow these steps carefully:<\/p>\n\n<ol>\n<li>Go to IKOL <a href=\"https:\/\/business.ikol.com\/\">web app<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>If you have an account, login, if you don't <a href=\"https:\/\/business.ikol.com\/#\/signup\">set up an account<\/a>. <\/li>\n<li>In the main menu on the left find the chat icon, hover over it and choose <em>Settings<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on <em>Embedding chat<\/em> &gt; <em>Embed with Wordpress plugin<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Copy your customer code<\/li>\n<li>Now go to wordpress dashboard of your website<\/li>\n<li>Download <em>IKOL Business<\/em> plugin and launch it<\/li>\n<li><em>IKOL Business<\/em> plugin will show up in your main wordpress menu on the left. Click on it.<\/li>\n<li>Paste your customer code, turn chat on and save<\/li>\n<li>Go back to IKOL <a href=\"https:\/\/business.ikol.com\/\">web app<\/a> and in the main menu click on <em>Website<\/em> &gt; <em>Contact<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Enable chat and choose when your chat is to be active (days and hours). As you can see there are other settings here as well.<\/li>\n<li>Remember to click <em>Publish<\/em> at the bottom.<\/li>\n<li>That's it!
