Simply create a show, and import the cast and staff list. Share this with the producer or production team \u2014 they can manage cast and staff, send invitations and reminders, and export bios without needing a WordPress login.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"what%20csv%20format%20is%20expected%3F\"><h3>What CSV format is expected?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Four columns: <code>name, email, role, designation<\/code>. Designation must be <code>cast<\/code>, <code>staff<\/code>, or <code>both<\/code>. Multiple rows with the same email will add multiple roles to that person.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"can%20someone%20be%20in%20both%20cast%20and%20staff%3F\"><h3>Can someone be in both cast and staff?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Yes. Set their designation to <code>both<\/code> and they will appear in both the Cast and Staff sections on the dashboard and in exports.
